The Missing Piece

I still needed to understand museum visitors.

The final persona I needed to build was the visitor. I didn’t have enough information yet, so I came up with three hypotheses and tried to validate them.

HYPOTHESES

Visitors feel Visitors feel personally affected by the work being done by Changemakers.

Visitors are interested in writing to Changemakers

3.

Visitors who are interested in writing to Changemakers want follow-up communications from the Discovery Center.
